COMMUNITY, CONNECTIONS and Welbeing Through THEATRE

Crossroads Theatre CIC exists to make high-quality theatre training and creative opportunities accessible to those who are often excluded from the arts. We are committed to building an inclusive, supportive community where people can develop confidence, skills and a sense of belonging through performance.

We offer four targeted groups: 50+ Company, Mental Health Company, 18-24 Company and Play Reading Coffee Morning Group. We create a space where individuals express themselves freely, share experiences and grow creatively. Each group is targeted to build connections, combat loneliness, create a network of support and remove access barriers to the arts.

We are also particularly passionate about engaging young people and therefore offer workshops for schools, from primary to secondary. By removing the financial barriers it prevents young creatives from being restricted from the arts.

Through all our work, we aim to empower individuals, nurture diverse voices, and use theatre as a tool for connection, wellbeing and lasting social impact.
